GENERAL CONFERENCE INFORMATION

CMC/MMC Points:  The schedule presented allows for up to 5-7 CMC or MMC points!  In order to receive points for classes, the assessment tool must be completed.  Once assessments are reviewed, your certificate will be emailed to you.

Swag Bag: Upon arrival to the Conference, see the Conference Registration desk to pick up your Swag Bag.  Inside you will find your name tag, conference book and several goodies.  It’s our gift to you to say thanks for attending!

Name Tags:  You will receive a name tag with your Swag Bag.  For the benefit of first timers, members, guests and instructors, name tags should be worn at all conference functions.

Networking:  Bring lots of business cards.  You will need them for both networking with peers and for vendors.

Vendors:  Breaks will be held with the vendors.  This is a good opportunity to visit vendors and network with your peers.  Please be sure to take time to thank our friends for their support.  Vendors will be packing up before the banquet on Thursday.

Silent Raffle & 50/50:  Be sure to buy tickets and place them in the baskets for the items you wish to win!  Tickets, for sale at the registration desk, for the silent raffle will be $1 each, 6 tickets for $5 or an arm length for $20!  50/50 tickets are $1 each and an arm length for $20!  (Seller’s arm, not buyers!)  Winning tickets will be drawn Thursday evening.  You must be present to win.

Attire:  All education session and evening event attire is business casual.  Temperatures in Delaware this time of year range from 41 degrees to 26 degrees.  You will need to exit the hotel and walk approximately 50 feet to the Conference Center.  Check the weather reports before you pack!

Location: Registration will take place in the Prefunction Area by the Ballrooms; Breakfast will be located in Lounge Area near the front desk; Education Sessions will be held in the Ballrooms East/West; Breaks will be held with vendors by the Prefunction Area by the Ballrooms; Dinner and Entertainment will be held in the Prefunction Area by the Ballrooms.
